Frequently asked questions

  • Embodiment Therapy is anintegrative approach to mental and emotional wellness. It includes counseling and coaching enhanced with mind-body practices, nervous system regulation and emotional intelligence for accelerated healing and self growth.

  • Yes. I offer both. In person is important to absorb all the benefits of somatic work, but remote works well with counseling coaching.

  • Sessions begin with a transitional ritual, to drop in to the space and create a distinction from the rest of our day to day life. We then move into dialogue, a somatic exercise and you will leave with things you can do at home to maximize benefits.

  • All you have to do is be. You don’t have to explain anything, i will guide you into a soft place in yourself where we can do the work without any need for opening up verbally. Some things are too intense to talk about, but surrendering within is what matters.

  • This is not considered licensed clinical psycotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment. This is complimentary integrative mental health care and is not meant to replace medical care, although some have found this holistic approach addresses the root issue and no longer require orthodox medical approaches.

  • No i do not. I offer options for savingson different session plans. For those in financial need, you can apply for the sliding scale rate.
