Refunds for Session Fees
Session fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed.
Prepaid sessions may be refunded only if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds are not issued for:
• missed appointments
• late cancellations
• dissatisfaction with outcomes (results cannot be guaranteed)
Packages, Programs, & Prepaid Services (if applicable)
If prepaid packages or programs are offered:
• unused sessions may be refunded at the pro-rated remaining amount, provided cancellation occurs before the package expires
• completed sessions are non-refundable
• administrative or payment-processing fees may be deducted from refunds
Package expiration dates will be communicated at purchase.
Illness & Emergencies
Life happens. If you experience illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Accommodation may be made at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client. The full session fee may still apply.
No Guarantees
These services are supportive and educational in nature.
Because every person and nervous system is unique, no specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed.
Online Sessions
The same cancellation and refund policies apply to online appointments.
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and private environment.
Late Arrival Policy
A “late arrival” means you arrive 5 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment start time.
If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for the next client. The full session fee still applies.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full session fee charged.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” means:
• you do not attend your session or you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time
and
• you do not provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling before the start time
No-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
